It’s a blog! A simple blog, but a blog nonetheless. We’ve been asked by so many friends and family how they can follow us on our travels, so here it is. We aim to put up a post whenever we’re readying to leave a place to document what we’ve liked or disliked, things we’ve seen, things we wish we’d seen and all the general trials ands tribulations of a taking 2 small hobbits around the world… A decidedly sensible thing to undertake… no?
The seeds of this began many years ago. Many of you will know that Nikki is a seasoned traveller, having visited nearly every continent on the globe. However, the furthest I’ve ever been is Turkey. So, after years of dreaming, we’ve finally got round to travelling together. Only now, we have two children in tow. The oppurtunity of being able to show them the wider world and learn along the way is exciting, but also a little terrifying! We’d love for you to follow us and if it inspires anyone to take the seed of a dream (whatever it may be) and make it reality, that would turn this simple blog into something even more worthwhile.
